Thanks Miguel,
I realized about having sent you a linear triangle only
afterwards, but you understood perfectly my problem. This
feature of the gauss point result is important for me since I
will display a C4 (on surfaces) result using internal nodes. So
I would need at least a quadratic interpolation, no to re-mesh
or use a lot on internal points just for post processing.
This e-mail just to signal a minor imperfection in the figure
on the help page:

the image “images/GaussPoints.gif“ shows a gauss point
coordinate for triangles as 0.0.4459.
