[GiDlist] Points

Dear GiD Team,
I should insert in a geometry object several points,
I have got a file with all the coordinates of these points,
How could I do in order to GiD reads this file?

If your file has a list of x y z coordinates
you can try to read as a batch file: add this line to the begin "escape escape escape escape geometry create point"

for example:
escape escape escape escape geometry create point
x1 y1 z1
...
xn yn zn

and read it as batch file (Files-Import-Batch file...)
Note: set the general preference "Create new point" to always before read this batch, to create a point also if it's located over another point.
