Hello,
I have to mesh a domain in 2D with a curved boundary. How could I specify the size of the elements on the boundary?
I assign the size of the elements with: Mesh> Unstructured> Assign size on surfaces or Mesh> Unstructured> Assign size on lines.
The elements of the mesh that is provided by GiD have the correct size inside the domain. However, on the boundary the size of the elements is smaller than the size thatI have assigned.
I wonder how could I specify the element size on the boundary.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Assigning the size element on curved boundary

Re: Assigning the size element on curved boundary
The size that you have obtained in the curved boundary is smaller than the one assigned by you to the line
because of the setting 'Automatic correct sizes' (Utilities->Preferences... Meshing - Unstructured)
Set 'Automatic correct sizes' to 'none', if you are sure that you assigned sizes are appropiated.
