Hello GiD team,
I’m using GiD 7.4.4.b on Windows 2000 and I have some problems with
Gauss point post processing.
I have a result composed of 2 vectors fields and one tensor (matrix 3x3).
GiD crashes very often when I change the type of result to be visualized
(using “Default Analysis”). When it happens I have to close post
processing and re-enter it again.
I also have some difficulties in displaying matrix Gauss Point values only
on selected points (“View” “Label” “Select Result” “Point-Res”). It seems I
cannot select the Gauss Points with a drag window (works with single
pick), but if I go for “View” “Label” “All in” “Point-Res” everything works.
