[GiDlist] GID menu freezing

Hi, dear GID users,



I use GID 7.4.3b on Window XP. Quite often, I experience GID menu freezing
in the middle of clicking around. I wonder if I can do anything to fix it.



Strange enough, while the menu is freezing, the command window is still
working. I could work without interruption if I knew all the commands. I set
the Hardware acceleration to None, but this did not help. But the way, each
time I start GID, it takes a long time for GID to get ready.

Hello:

I have also experienced similar behaviors (not only in
7.4.3b). Personally, I use ALT+F (to open the File menu using the
keyboard) to "unfreeze" the menus. After that, all seems back to normal.
