[GiDlist] Pyramidal Volume Mesh

Hi, this is my problem: i mesh a surface with structured quadrilateral elements.
So i would like to mesh the volume with pyramidal meshes, which have got
as base the quadrilateral elements.
Can i do this?How?

Currently GiD not generate pyramidal elements.
