BExM model too few numbers in line 13

dear officer:
i use the BExM model in code bright with GID to analysis the shallow foundation. just add a vertical stress on the top of the foundation. but evey time it start calculate, it shown too few numbers in line 13 of post.res. and unknow key '2' in line 13 post.res.
has anybody have met with this issue.
