I am trying to install GiD 12 on a laptop with Windows 10.
I was able to install the software program with no issue but when I try to use the software, I can’t save any files. (Thus, I can’t execute calculations). Note that when I selected “save” or “save as”, the program seems freezed. Then I need to push Esc button.
I’ve re-install GiD several times (by different versions) but it doesn’t work. (GiD is working just fine on a desktop machine with Windows 7. )
We don’t have any idea about the problem, it never happened in any of our machines.
Do you have some extra information? e.g:
It raise some error message in the lower message bar?
The ‘Save as’ window appear when GiD become frozen?
It responds to some user action? (it seems by the first topic that at least the ‘cancel’ button could be pressed)
It only happened with Windows 10? Which exact version of Windows 10? and it is x32 or x64?
