The messege "a point and a segment intersect" after meshing

Hello,

I have a probelm with meshing.

A messege appeared after meshing:
“a point and a segment intersect”
The element, that is marked after this error has no joint at the point, which coordinates are in the messege.
What can I do to solve this problem?

Probably the geometry has self-intersections and must be fixed,
or there are a ‘too near’ pair of curves or surfaces, and the tessellated polygons with a big mesh size intersects
