Issue with USB license for GiD 10

Dear,

I’m a post graduate student at University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
We have a license for GiD 10 that I used it to install a password for USB memory key (SanDisk USB 2.0 Cruzer Blade 8Gb).

However, it doesn’t worked and GiD still in the Evaluation Mode.

I have generated a pdf file with the info about the registering process.

May you tell me what is the problem?
