Hi Enrique,
Thank you very much for your comment, it works well.
Do you have also in the toolbar three icons (red, blue and rainbow to =
set maximum, minimum or reset to default)
yes.
Cheers … ruholla.

This option already exists, at least for exclude results smaller or =
greater than a threshold.
e.g.
menu Options-Contour-Max options or Min options
you can set the theshold value and set the values outside to be =
transparent, or the color of the threshold or the material color, or =
black / white

Enrique Escolano

Subject: [GiDlist] request/suggest a new option
Dear GID developper team,
I suggest to add balnking option to GID post-processor, like Tecplot =
10, in this way user can blank (exclude) (remove from rendering windows) =
a portion of data based on his selected criteria,
e.g., if we have a material code in data which determine material type =
in data, user could select to blank material code equal to XXX. to get =
more desirable plot,
or=20
in a stress analysis user can exclude a portion of data which has =
stress smaller than a threshold.
this option could be include a transparency option intead of complete =
exclusion.
what you think?
if such option is already available, please let me know?
Cheers … ruholla.
