Question about Mesh error

Hello,
I have fully simulated the model and calculated it with Kratos. However, when I try to make changes in the postprocessor, I encounter an error that says "no mesh information found." I've tried this multiple times, but the issue persists.

What could be causing this, and how can I resolve it?
