License of CODE_BRIGHT

Hello, I have been unable to find the license of the CODE_BRIGHT program. I know that the preprocessor-postprocesor GiD is commercial for a certain ammount of elements, but what about the license of CODE_BRIGHT calculation program?, can I integrate CODE_BRIGHT in my own model without using GiD?
