Mesh generation takes a lot of time and freezes

Hello,
everytime i generate the mesh for my model, the program freezes.
After 2-3 minutes the program unfreezes and the mesh is generated.
Normally the mesh should be generated in seconds.
I tried to completely remodel the model, but the problem remains.
My first thought was, that i have some doubled lines or points, but that isn't the case.
I've got an Dell Inspiron 17 with intel core i7 and 16 GB RAM if that's important.
