Hello,

I do apply the condition to the geometry. When changing the condition, I'd like to keep the mesh unchanged.

In my opinion, the meh information is nodes and elements. If I export the mesh file, and I reimporting this mesh after changing the condition, it should be another way to generate the mesh, and then the new conditions should be applied over the new mesh that I import in.

As for the 'Compass toolkit', is there some way to use it in a existing problemtype. Actually, we have our own problemtype used for our project.

What mean to keep the mesh unchanged? if you remesh again with the same geometry and meshing parameters you will obtain the same mesh!!
which is the problem apart of the time spent in this mesh generation?

This remeshing is compulsory (with a 'non Compass toolkit' problemtype) if you change conditions applied to geometry, because the last step of the mesh generation is the automatic assignation of data from geometry to the mesh entities.

Importing only a mesh it is not possible to automatically transfer data from geometry, because the relationship between elements and source geometric entities is unknown!!

To use the 'Compass toolkit' is necessary completely re-write the problemtype, it is a different approach.
