I need to mesh a simple plate for a fracture mechanic problems ,i see other quote about quadrilaterals in circle with this attachment

this ,like a radial mesh in the bottom of the example?

You can mesh for example a circle with 'structured centered' pattern (triangles only), or divide the surface in five surfaces of 4 sides that could be meshed structured, or could mesh with unstructured elements
