Hi,
I want to show stress in a mesh domain.
I would like to use either one of these options 1) contour-fill 2)iso-surface
With the contour-fill, my problem is that I cannot (I guess it's more than I do not know how to) select the appropriate value for colors. I like the option I have with the iso-surface to specify the number of surface and their values... is there a equivalent with the contour-fill?
With the iso-surface, my problem is I would like the value of the iso-surface to be displayed on the line. Is this possible?
Thanks for the help!

Re: Mesh
Which is the problem with the default color map scale (rainbow: blue to red)?
You can set the amount of colors of the scale, and select other scales (or define your own list of color of a custom scale)
Utilities->Preferences... Postprocess->Contour fill and lines
you can also truncate the maximum and/or minimum and draw outside values as transparent or black, etc.
About iso-surfaces or iso-lines, do you mean to print the value in some iso-lines /iso-surfaces?
This is not possible nowadays.
