Hi thers..., The Geometry of Reinforcement Bars will be defined only by lines (from Part- 4-6) page 27. So in case of 2D model, how one can put bars and stirrups in a column for (Axi-Symmetric Analysis Element), I mean the definition will be only by lines our one can convert the area of all vertical bars to a thickness (ts) as : (ts = Ast/2*pi*rs)?

Dear Yaman,

This question is related to the problemtype that you ar using (RamSeries/CompassFEM maybe?)
We don't know what is the manual you talk "(from Part- 4-6) page 27"
You must ask the question to the solver developers, not to the GiD developers.

In any case, in my opinion, if do you want to simulate a 3D column with reinforcement bars simplified as an axisymetric case,
then you must consider the same amount of steel distributed as a continuous 'reinforcement ring' with a thickness that provide the same steel area (as you said ts = Ast/2*pi*rs)
