Hello all,
I'm trying to run a 2D thermal analysis (problem type: SAFIR2011 -- Safir_Thermal_2d). When using the standard materials, the analysis runs just fine. I'm experiencing a problem when applying a new user material though. When I try to get into the postprocessing module after calculating, the following warning is displayed: Results file 'C:\path name\filename.post.res'is not found . Subsequently, no calculation data is available for postprocessing ('Warning: No results read' is displayed).
Does anyone know what causes this and how it can be fixed?
Thank you in advance,
Rob

Hi,
Never had such issue.
Try to make the chane manually in the .IN file and run SAFIR from the shell
(or a dos windows) and see if it works.
You should contact safir at ulg.ac.be for more help.
