[GiDlist] swept meshes

Hi GiD team & fellow Gidders,
Can you tell me if it is possible to produce a swept mesh using the attached example geometry and if so how to achieve it.
The surface with the inner square I wish to triangular mesh then sweep this mesh through to the opposite face produceing a volume mesh of prism elements. I do not wish to split the volume first as this should not be necessary.
