To not collapse-trim entities after the IGES import, must be unselected the
import option
"automatic collapse after import". Maintain the default values for the rest
of options.
I tried it but it doesnt seem to work : the snapshot joined shows a trimmed
surface not realy nice. I think there is a "contour line" approched by a
nurbs line. So surfaces are trimed whichever import option I unselect.
Please send us the IGES file with a brief explanation of where it is the
problem to chek it.
I'm sorry but I can't send you this IGES. If it is of any help, it was
created with Catia.
Thank you again for your helpfull advices.
Best regards, Olivier Bounhoure
