GiD forum

Hi All
I am using GID 6.1.2 Academic version. I downloaded
the .pdf reference manual from the site. When I
extracted the .flavia.msh and .flavia.res example from
it and tried to load it. GID gives reading error. I
checked the accompanied reference manual in .html
format and the surprise that I found another format
for the .flavia.res file. Anyone knows what is going
on?

Hi,

The example explained in the .pdf reference manual
works for GiD versions after 6.1.4b. If you are
using an earlier version (6.1.2), you should try the
examples of the reference manual (.html) which
accompanied your GiD 6.1.2.

I attach these examples: example.flavia.res and
example.flavia.msh. Open them from the GiD
postprocess.
