[GiDlist] Possible problem with extrusion in post-processing

Hello:
I have recently downloaded the 7.1.3b version and I noticed something that
could be a problem.
The structure I am dealing with is axiperiodic, but only one cross-section
is modeled. I therefore have a 2D geometry made of 2nd order quads. When
I go to post-processing, I want to re-create a wedge of the 3D structure by
extruding the 2D mesh. This can, theoretically, be done with the
copy/transform function in GiD.
I select rotation, then an angle, and the points that define the
axis. Then, I select Create, and Extrude Surface.
This works OK in 7.1, although the rotation is linearly
interpolated. Therefore, only small rotation angles can be used.
I was hoping that with the new capability in 7.1.3b of curvilinear
representation of quadratic elements, this would have resulted in better
drawings. However, GiD 7.1.3b seems to bomb when I try that type of
post-processing extrusion. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.
Philippe

yes you're right, there are transformation/copy problems when the new mesh/set
is created, with cuadratic elements.
but you can still do the transformation without creating it.
extrusions crash . . . for cuadratic elements
wil be fixed for 7.1.4b
