[GiDlist] Dimensions in PostProcessor Mode

Hello:

I noticed that if dimensions are used and if they are not hidden before
going to postprocessor mode (by placing them into a layer which is turned
off), then it is not possible to remove them from the postprocessor display.

Yes, they are not created in postprocess any set to "contain" the
dimensions.

The only trick to hide this dimension in postprocess is to swep between
hide/show all the dimensions with the command
escape escape escape View entities dimensions
(Warning: the dimensions remain hide or show also when return to preprocess)

This must be enhanced for next versions.
