Hello,
If you want to create geometry outside of GiD and import it in GiD,
you should
use one of the standard geometry interchange files that GiD supports,
These are
the following: DXF, IGES, PARASOLID, ACIS.

I don't understand your question.
If do you want to add a previous model to the current one, must use the
menu: Files-Import-Insert GiD Geometry...
