Hello,
I am currently using GiD 11.1.7d version and I would like to see the results from a certain camera position.
Is there a way to adjust camera position and direction manually with a similar way to light vector option? (Does this feature exist in a different version maybe?)
Interpretation of the view file (*.vv) for this purpose could help too.

Re: Camera position
Hi emiroglu,
I link you the manual page of view files: http://www.gidhome.com/component/manual ... _menu/view
I don't know exactly what you want to achieve moving camera dynamically like light vector.
I can tell you how I set camera position to one point, first setting the rotation center at that point and after adjusting clip planes to don't see rear part from that point, this is the process:
View->Rotate->Center
(let you pick an existing point, but with Ctrl+a you can write any coordinate on the command line)
View->Clip Planes
Adjust Near to 0.0
Adjust Far to the biggest number possible (depend of your model)
Hope it help,
AdriÃÂ
