[ GiDlist ] erosion of elements?

Hello,

Is it possible to delete elements within gid?? for erosion or fracture problems.

I've created the initial mesh in gid format for the post processor to read, under the name "filename.flavia.msh". This file reads in the number of initial elements for the problem. If during the analysis some elements are deleted is it possible to update the number of elements as the analysis is running? Within the file named "filename.flavia.res".
