[GiDlist] moving screen object

Hi GiD team

Bug in 6.3.0b ( & maybe in latest version?)
When I do Mesh:Draw sizes the legend box get shown at the position of the
results legend box in the postprocessing window and it cannot be moved using
the utilities:graphical:move screen objects

No real problem but annoying

This is a 'temporary' draw mode, and currently this legend box cannot be
moved with "move screen objects"
Also it's not possible to move the legends for draw materials, or draw
conditions colors.
