[GiDlist] emacs mode for GiD

Hi people,

based on the tochnog emacs mode done by "Martin Lüthi" answer at tnoo.net
i developed a gid emacs mode to colour the syntax for the
.bas, .cnd, .mat, .prb and .uni files of GiD's problem types files.
