[GiDlist] Another problem with GiD license

Hello GiD team,

referring to the mail of Fernando Salazar González, I have another
problem with the GiD license. Our GiD is running on a server with Debian
and we have a USB license (version 8). When I start Gid, it asks for the
password. After providing the password, I can use Gid without any
problems. However, when I restart GiD, it will ask for the password
again and that's quite annoying. Isn't there any way that GiD can
remember the password?

Dear Georg,

Sorry by the delay in the answer, your message has been received today by
some e-mail problems.

This problem where the password can't be remembered is because the user that
started GiD doesn't has enought privileges to write inside the file
'TemporalVariables' of the GiS 'scripts' folder.

To avoid the problem, start GiD once as root, and set the password.
