sorry, but at the moment there is no VTk export option in GiD.
We can think it for the next version, or implement sort of a plug-in
approach.

Hi GiD team
I've recently discovered paraview
http://www.paraview.org/ which has
some very nice features
do you have a translator to convert GiD post
processor output files into vtk format? or could I request that GiD has
an option in postprocess to export the data to vtk format?
like you have in the pre processor where you have options to export
geometry in different formats.
