I cannot install GID with window

I do not understand why when I installed GID with Linux virtual machine, I still installed normally, but when I installed it to Windows, I could not install GID.

Can you please explain with more detail why you can not install GiD in Windows? Can you attach an image with the error?
Which version are you trying to install?
