GiD 16 and #FUNC#(NumEntity) with duplicated nodes
Hi Gid Team, I have an issue with GiD 16 and a condition where there is a question with the particular fields "Id_Line#FUNC#(NumEntity) ". The condtype is over lines and the condmeshtype is over nodes. For lines with this specific condition, we automatically applied the DuplicateNodes mesh...

Re: Gid crashes when warning "Model not correct, some data is lost" occurs
Hi Escolano, Thanks for your quick answers, as usual! I didn't think that the problem could be related to our probelmtype and a buffer overflow, but I'll try to dig into it. Actually, this kind of problem doesn't happen to me personally but is reported by users from time to time so it's quite diffic...

Gid crashes when warning "Model not correct, some data is lost" occurs
Hi Gid Team, I have a frequent issue with some gid projects and I would like to know why this happens and how we can avoid this. The problem is that when we open GiD with an existing project, we have, sometimes, a warning message saying "Model not correct, some data is lost" (cf. PrintScre...

Re: [Gid_info Condition ... mesh] and #FUNC#(NumEntity)
This condition is not automatically assigned inside the event BeforeMeshGeneration. It is assigned by the user and the special function #FUNC#(NumEntity) is used as one of the questions this specific condition (and this specific question is hidden so that the user doesn't see it but it still applied...

Re: condition over groups with groupallow
Sorry, something goes wrong with my attachments in the last post. There is my post again. (PS: Is there any way to edit a post once it has been submitted? ) Hi GiD Team, I want to create a new condition with these parameters : [*] CONDTYPE: over groups [*] CONDMESHTYPE: over nodes [*] GROUPALLOW: po...

[Gid_info Condition ... mesh] and #FUNC#(NumEntity)
Hi GiD Team, I have an issue with the return of the tcl function [GiD_info Condition cond_name mesh]. For some conditions (CONDTYPE = over lines, CONDMESH = over elements, CANREPEAT = Yes), we are using the special function #FUNC#(NumEntity) in a hidden question of the condition to retrieve the line...

Re: Strange surfaces with flat render
Hi,
The model was created using classical Gid commands ("create line" and "create NURBS surface" from the "Geometry & view bar " toolbar).
I have attached a zip with the .gid folder.
We use the 14.0 version.
Thank you in advance for your support.
